Autumn Leaf Peeping Tours

Event Summary

Come and celebrate the arrival of autumn as our tree leaves transition from green to red, purple, orange, yellow, and brown. We will discuss what natural phenomenon that has triggered the trees leaves to change colors. After a short talk we will depart on a leaf peeping tour of Brigg's Woods Park on the people mover. People must stay seated at all times as we drive through the park and observe the fall colors. Plan on people mover rides departing from the beach lot at approximately 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:00 pm. Each people mover tour is limited to 25 people and the tours are on a first come first serve basis. This program is limited to the first 75 people who register so be sure to register online. The people mover pick up area will be signed on the bike trail for easy identification. Line up on the bike trail going towards the beach shelter and wait for your turn for the people mover ride. We will have only one people mover for this event so be patient as you wait in line. Register at www.mycountyparks.com The Autumn Leaf Peeping Tours will end promptly at 5:30 pm.
