RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Alcohol is allowed only with a special use permit (must be submitted to  Board meeting in the month prior to the month of your event).
2. All cars shall be parked in the designated parking areas.
3. All anglers must have appropriate fishing licences and abide by all state fishing regulations.  
4. All persons shall vacate the area by 10:00 p.m.

Refund Policy

A cancellation can be partially refunded if the cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to the event. ($5.00 online processing fee will not be refunded). A cashier's check will be issued for all refunds and could take 4-6 weeks to process. 

Enjoy the open air and a view of our pond.  Several picnic tables available. Easy access from parking lot to a handicap accessible dock.

Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after N/A and check-out is before N/A.

Location 1 mile north of Maquoketa and west on 63rd St across from the Hurstville Interpretive Center.

There are picnic tables in the shelter and it is located on the west side of the parking lot at the Hurstville Fishing Pond, on the west side of Highway 61. 

Fees

$25.00 reservation fee.

Free for first-come-first-serve use.
