Spring Wild Edible Walk

Event Summary

Interested in foraging but not sure how to get started? Join a Naturalist to learn more about wild edibles in our area, the importance of identification, safety when foraging, and more. The program will begin with a talk and transition into a short hike around the Hurstville prairie & marsh. This program is geared for beginners but all are welcome. Free event for all ages. Registration required by emailing jwagner@jacksoncounty.iowa.gov.
