Water Quality Survey

Event Summary

Join naturalist Julia at Prairie Creek Recreation Area to learn about water quality and how can we measure it! We will be conducting water quality tests that will be uploaded to a national database. Learn how we can conduct chemical tests to look at the quality of the water and conduct biological tests to view the quality of the ecosystem. Participants will get a chance to get in the water and collect data with us, so dress to get wet! This program is free for all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
