Rental Contract Agreement

SHELTER USE POLICY

We hope you will enjoy the park facility you have reserved. These facilities are in great demand and we have found it necessary to adopt the following rules in regards to usage and reservations.

1.Reservations cancelled will result in forfeiture of the reservation charge.

2.Refunds may be made if the Conservation Board fails to provide you access to the building.

3.Refunds will not be made as result of inclement weather.

4.The group is responsible for leaving the shelter and grounds in the neat, clean condition they found it in.Please do not litter and adhere to park carry in, carry out trash policy. Your group is responsible for any damage incurred as result of your usage.

5.Driving a vehicle to the shelter building is prohibited. Drive only on roadways, park only in parking lots.

6.Any decorations used at the shelter must be affixed in a manner that does not damage of leave residue on any part the building or grounds. Do not use nails, staples or tape. Wax candles are prohibited.

7.Posting of temporary directional signs on park grounds is prohibited and will be removed by staff.

8.The consumption of alcohol (except beer and wine) is prohibited. Keg beer is not permitted.

9.Park closing time is 10:30 pm. Please vacate the shelter by 10:00pm.

10.A reservation sign will be posted at the shelter for your reservation. If there is a problem occupying the shelter,contact the Park Ranger immediately.

By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years old or older and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the group you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities.
