Camping
The campground is on the NORTH SIDE of the park at 7287 Worcester Rd, Palo
This family campground has modern sites with electricity and water.. There is no sewer but a dump station is available at the campground entrance.
Campsites are equipped with a firepad and picnic table with a showerhouse with restrooms nearby.
Sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All campers must self-register and pay the required fee. Firewood is available at the campground host site.
Campgrounds are open generally from April 15-October 15, ground conditions permitting. (check our official website, LinnCountyIowa.gov/Conservation for details on whether conditions allow for extension of the season
Group Campground

Arboretum & Butterfly Garden
The arboretum is plentiful of over 250 species of native and exotic trees and shrubs, which is located on the northside of the park at 7439 Worcester Rd, Palo.
