Naturalist Gail Barels, from Wickiup Hill Learning Center will talk about the Native American’s uses of the Bison. Many years ago, Native Americans had their own shopping center that walked on 4 legs! Learn how these large animals helped provide such things as food, clothing, shelter, tools, toys, and helped to sustain the Native American tribes of the prairie for thousands of years. This program will meet at the Lowe Park Arts and Environment Center. Please call 447-3590 to reserve your spot by April 10.
