Oak Lodge is available by reservation online and may be reserved up to two years in advance.
$75.00 per night, May 1 to October 15
A camp pad is available with each cabin at a cost of $23 per night. The camp pad can be added during checkout. The camp pad rental must not exceed the number of nights in the cabin.

Cabin Rental Agreement
By your agreement with terms and conditions, you represent that you are 21 years or older and that you are authorized to make a reservation on behalf of the group you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities. Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this reservation, and have also read and understand the CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT information.
You are reserving a facility in a Lyon County Conservation Board Park, ALL COUNTY PARK RULES AND STATE LAWS ARE ENFORCED. Contact the Lyon County Conservation Board Office at 712-472-2217 or lyonccb@lyoncountyiowa.com listed if you have any questions about park rules, policies or special requests.
Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. The Lyon County Conservation Board may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to county property.
CHECK-IN TIME: Renters may check into the cabins at 3:00 pm
CHECK-OUT TIME:Renters are required to check out by 12:00 pm
PARK ENTRANCE All vehicles must pay a park entrance fee
CLEAN-UP You are required to clean up the facility and grounds and return them to the condition you received them. A cleaning list is posted inside the cabin. Plan to have your facility cleaned and people departed prior to the scheduled 12:00 checkout time. Paper towels, trash bag, broom, and cleaning agents will be available. It is not necessary to check-out with a park ranger. SMOKING Lyon County is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
PARKING Parking is confined to the designated parking areas. No parking or driving off roadways.
DIRECTIONAL SIGNS & DECORATIONS Temporary, free standing directional signs are allowed – not to be attached to park structures, furniture, signposts or other facilities. Decorations are allowed as long as they are free standing or not affixed in any manner that would damage a facility or any painted walls (tape, tacks, nails, and staples can cause damage to walls). Special care should be taken with balloons so that they do not escape and possibly injure wildlife.
REFUSE All refuse must be bagged and taken to the dumpsters provided in the area. Please do not use the fire ring as a trash receptacle. Please do not burn trash.
CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. All cancellations must be made by calling the Lyon County Conservation Board Office at 712-472-2217.
REFUND POLICY All reservations with the Lyon County Conservation Board facilities are final. Reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur: 1. The National Weather Service has issued severe winter weather conditions and advised against travel. 2. We are unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event. All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Lyon County Conservation Board Office at 712-472-2217.
KEG BEER No kegs are allowed in the park.
TENTS AND CAMPERS Sleeping tents and campers must have their own camp site located in the campground only. No sleeping tents are allowed in the cabin areas. Screen tents for picnic tables, etc. are allowed at no charge.
LYON COUNTY CONSERVATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER CABINS IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCY, MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY PROBLEMS. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY “ONLY”, AFTER HOURS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS, CONTACT THE LYON COUNTY SHERRIFF’S OFFICE AT 712-472-8300 OR LOCALY 911. They can page the Park Ranger on duty.
