    • By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of your camping party. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities.

    Rental Contract Agreement

    1. Must be 18 years of age to camp.

    2. All domestic animals must be leashed at all times. The leash is not to exceed six feet in length.

    3. All campers shall maintain quiet and avoid excessive noise in the campground between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. All other hours campers should maintain a reasonable level.

    4. All vehicles shall park in designated areas. No parking on the grass or along campground roadways.

    5. All visitors must leave the park at 10:30 pm

    .6. Do NOT burn trash in fire rings.

    7. All state laws are applicable.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made 15 days in advance. 

    Refund Policy

    If customer cancels within 15-day cancellation policy they may be given a coupon code for future reservation use. If cancellation is made due to park closures, a coupon code may be given for future reservation use or a potential refund minus processing fees.

    This is a reservable, electric only site.

    If the site is not reserved, it is available on a first come, first served basis by scanning the QR Code or visiting www.mycountyparks.com for availability and to pay for the site. 

    The occupancy limit is 14 consecutive days.

    Check In Time: 3:00pm

    Check Out Time: 12:00pm

    Moving between sites is not allowed unless approved by a park ranger.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

    Camping pad dimensions: 56’ x 16.5’

    Hiking trails, public fishing and public hunting are allowed in designated areas.

    Fees

    Main Campground Sites 1-24 - are reservable online 3-days in advance for $25/night

    • If the site is not reserved, a person may use the site on a nightly basis first come, first served
    • Sites have 20-30-50-amp electric

    River Campground Sites 25-35 - $20/night - are first come, first served using the self-pay kiosk (no electricity but great river view)

    Tent Area A sites - $10/night - are first come, first served using the self-pay kiosk in the Main Campground (no electricity but great view along Chicken Creek)

    Park Hours 6:30AM - 10:30pm. Visitors must leave by 10:30PM.

    All Wednesdays are FREE during the camping season!

    Disclaimer: During the early and late camping seasons, facilities may be closed and unavailable due to cold temperatures. Campgrounds may be closed due to floodings during the camping season.

    Muscatine County

    The Muscatine County Conservation Board is located in southeast Iowa, with the Mississippi River bordering the county on the east, and the Cedar River meandering through the center. The Muscatine CCB maintains 11 areas totaling 1,755 acres for public access. These areas include cabins, campgrounds, the Environmental Learning Center, a beach, Cedar River accesses, hiking/biking trails, wildlife areas, lakes, wetlands, and prairies.
