Snowshoeing & Shinrin Yoku Winter Reflection

Enjoy an active hour of snowshoeing followed by two hours of nature immersion with Shinrin Yoku. Dr. Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, Integrative Medicine Physician and author of “The Outdoor Adventure’s Guide to Forest Bathing” will be leading this interactive class. If there is no snow, we will go on a winter woodland hike followed by Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku. 

Dress for the weather and wear your snowboots. Snowshoes will be provided by Polk County Conservation. 

Pre-registration required, registration deadline: Feb 19.

Age limit 14 years & older
