Outdoor Arena An outdoor 150' x 300' riding arena enhances the equestrian center complex. Renters can use this arena as a staging location for your indoor event or as an additional site for competition and instruction. The outdoor arena does have lights, a judging stand with a PA system, and bleacher seating for 50. The outdoor arena rents for $275 per day (add $25 if lights are needed). The indoor arena is designed to meet the needs of a variety of mid-sized equestrian shows and clinics. The facility is 120' x 240', with a 100' x 200' riding surface. A Public Address system in available.

Spectator seating accommodates 300 people. On-site catering is housed in the concession/kitchen facility. Groups can also utilize a 48-person capacity conference room.

The adjacent stable facility offers 14 indoor stalls for boarding during shows and clinics.

The indoor arena rents for $450 per day (under 8 hours) or $500 per day (over 8 hours). Individuals can also use the arena for $15 per hour/per horse for personal riding (at select times and dates).

The Conference Room is available for $30 for 2 hours and $80 for the whole day. It accommodates 48 people.

The inside patio area (heated) rents for $30 for 2 hours and $20 for 2 hours non-heated.

A full-service kitchen rents for $25 for 2 hours (no use of the stove/oven) and $50 for a full day (full use of appliances).

All Rules & Regulations of the Polk County Conservation Board are in effect.
All laws of the State of Iowa are in effect.
Special Event Permit Application must be completed for things such as dunk tanks; carnivals; erecting large tents; horse-drawn carriages; generators; power saws; chain saws; power tools of any kind; public address system whether fixed, portable or vehicular-mounted; inflatable bouncers; smoker grills; extra picnic tables; extra parking; or weddings.
Special events require a 45 day prior approval.
