Every year in early spring Ranger Jon Fenner and his staff tap the silver maple trees that call Botna Bend Park home & collect their sticky sweet sap to make their own special maple syrup. Join us on September 19th to taste the fruits of their labor, social distance style!
Register online & pick-up your very own to-go breakfast at beautiful Botna Bend Park. Each breakfast box will include grilled pancakes, grilled sausage, butter, & real maple syrup for the perfect breakfast treat. Enjoy your breakfast under a canopy of trees at the park or head home to savor this tasty breakfast.
Pre-registration is requested & registration is free, free will donations are gratefully accepted at your pickup & will be used to fund projects & improvements at Botna Bend Park. Pickup times are available every 30 minutes & guest may arrive any time during their 30 minute window to pick up their breakfasts. We will be able to accommodate a limited number of drop-in customers throughout the morning but registering online is greatly appreciated.
Pickup times are available every 30 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. This registration is for a pickup between 8:30 & 9:00 a.m., to choose a different pickup time please return to the program listing & select the pickup you prefer.
Due to COVID-19 the format for this annual event has been changed. Online pre-registration is requested, please choose a 30 minute pickup window & register for the number of breakfasts you wish to pick up. Breakfasts will be pre-packaged with cutlery included, & will be delivered to your vehicle by park staff. We will not be providing any covered & congregated seating options. Pancake feed guests are welcome to remain at the park to enjoy their breakfast if they like, picnic tables are available throughout the park. Guests are reminded to observe social distancing recommendations of at least 6’ between groups during their time at the park.
