Sunset Yoga Hike

Event Summary

If you like nature and yoga, this program is for you! We will go for a short hike (about 1 mile roundtrip) and enjoy the fall foliage as we go up to Mount Lucia. We will then flow through a gentle yoga class as we watch the sunset. Great for any level of yoga experience, even beginners.  Please pre-register by calling 712-258-0838 or emailing ksandage@woodburyparks.org. Please bring your own mat or towel. This is a free class. Meet at the Nature Center. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors.
