The Bremer County Conservation Board would like to thank you for considering a donation to the parks, wildlife areas, or environmental education programs. Charitable donations from individuals or organizations can be made and geared towards specific projects. If you would like to discuss making a donation, please contact our office at 319-882-4742.
Cedar Bend Cabin - The Bremer County Conservation Board has some exciting news. We have been hard at work upgrading our parks to keep them enjoyable for all users. Playscapes have been installed, campgrounds have been improved, and other features were upgraded. BCCB is always looking for ways to enhance the experience for visitors to our parks. This is your chance to be part of that vision.
Now we would like to take another step and build a cabin at Cedar Bend Park. This cabin could be used for weekend getaways, family events, or other uses. We have been working on a design that incorporates 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen, a great-room, and porch overlooking the Cedar River. This cabin will be available for rent during the camping season May 1 – Oct. 31.
