Butler

This 35 acre of bottomland timber was designated as a walk-in only area in 1997 and was in the direct path of the 2008 EF5 Tornado that impacted Parkersburg and New Hartford.  The damage from the tornado has left access to the area difficult until forest management plans can be implemented. 

Location

Moore's access is located just off of County Road T55 at 29988 Trapper Road.  Park users are requested to park on the road and walk to the area.
