Wunsch Memorial Park is a four acre park located within the city of Greene, Iowa. The area contains 10 electrical hook-ups with 20/30 amp service, a flush toilet facility, a boat ramp for canoes and light boats, and an open shelter house. Camping rates are $20 per night beginning January 2024

The park also offer access to a variety of nearby recreational opportunities. The city swimming pool is right across the street, and the city park with a playground, lighted tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball court, and boat ramp is just a short distance away. 

NOTE: Work is underway to provide shower/restroom facilities for the 2024 camping season, and flush toilets are currently unavailable.

Operating Hours & Seasons

Butler County parks are open year around from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
Access to electrical service, restrooms, and running water is limited by seasonal changes.
