Heinl-Johnson-Meyer Area
The Heinl-Johnson-Meyer Area is a 67-acre tract of flood
plain timber on the west side of the Little Sioux River north of Washta,
Iowa. This area is consists of river bottom and an old river oxbow. Hunting is
permitted. The area is maintained in its natural state for the benefit of
wildlife.
Location
There's a small parking area next to the park entrance sign on the east side of the gravel road.
