Reserving a Facility

How can I reserve the lodge for a non-profit organization?

Please call our office at 641-456-4375 to place a reservation at the non-profit rate:

$45/day Monday-Thursday, $90/day Friday-Sunday


Will a damage deposit be required to reserve the facility?

Yes, a $400 deposit must be received by Franklin County Conservation before your event. This can be a check payable to Franklin County Conservation, PO Box 164, Hampton, IA 50441 or cash dropped off at our office. 

If messes created by your event are cleaned according to the cleaning checklist at the lodge and there are no damages, your check will be shredded/cash returned to you.
