Pheasants Forever Unit of the South Skunk
There is 253 acreas of wetlands as well as native grasses and forbes spread throughout the recreational area. This are was constructed to add quality habitat for pheasants as well as creating a stop-over area for migrating waterfowl in the spring and fall. The potholes are scattered randomly throughout the area creating a great opportunity for duck hunters. The native grasses and forbes provide the pheasants with suitable habitat throughout the year.
