McGuire Wildlife Area (David T. McGuire & family)
McGuire Wildlife Area is a 153 acre upland area with seasonal wetlands. It is open to public hunting.
Acquisition of this area was made possible in part by Iowa Wildlife Habitat Stamp Grant, REAP, Pheasants Forever, Wild Turkey Federation, and other private donations.
Location
It is located 1 half mile north of St. Joseph, Iowa, on the west side of Highway 169.
This area is best accessed by the parking lot in the southwest corner of the property located along 115th Ave.
