Bear Grove Forest Area
This 23 acre oak hickory forest is open to the public for wildlife view and hunting. This area received its name due to the fact that person living at the site in the late 1800's reportedly kept a bear as a pet. The locals all came to know the area as "Bear Grove."

Located 6 miles north of Melbourne, Iowa and 3 miles west of LaMoille, Iowa.
