Heery Woods State Park Lodge
Heery Woods Lodge is a 1935 WPA hand cut limestone lodge with a full kitchen, tables, benches, chairs, and a fireplace. Behind the lodge, you will find small shelter with grills overlooking the river.
This Lodge can be reserved by the day.
Rates:
Monday - Friday : $55 per day (Excluding Holidays)
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays : $100 per day
Alcohol is allowed in Butler County Parks. Anyone having one or more kegs is required to obtain a keg beer permit and pay a damage deposit. A damage deposit of $100.00 is required and covers up to two kegs. For each keg over the original two, an additional $50.00 deposit is required.
Keg Beer Permits are available only at the Heery Woods Nature Center near Clarksville.

Heery Woods Lodge is a historic limestone/masonry structure available for rent. It has 6 solid walnut tables with benches and five serving tables. You will enjoy the modern features of electricity and a basic kitchen along with the working wood fireplace. A small shelter behind offers a great view of the river below and grills for your get-together.
Reservations can be made by calling the Conservation Board Office at 319-278-1130.

Butler County Parks are subject to close during high water events, hunting seasons, or for maintenance needs. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the parks.
