Jackson - Spruce Creek Park

I/We, the undersigned, being of 18 years of age or older and desiring to entertain ourselves and agree to leave the site used in the same condition as found; agree to clean up what debris and litter may be deposited during our stay, within the time period agreed to; agree to be responsible for any damages done to property within the area by ourselves or our guests; agree to ensure compliance with Section 123.47 of the Iowa Code (1983) respecting the possession of beer by persons under the legal age; agree not to interfere with other use of park facilities; and finally, agree to abide by all rules and regulations and all laws of this state.

• Shelters open from April 1 – November 1


• $25 shelter fee is non-refundable.


• Playgrounds and restrooms near shelters are open to the public and not part of your reservation.


• All unreserved shelters are available free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.


• Shelters are available from 6:00 a.m. to10:30 p.m.


• Amenities available picnic tables, water hydrant, electricity, charcoal grill and lights.


• Parking is limited.


• Shelter seating capacity is 50 people.​
