You are reserving a facility in a Linn County park. All county park rules and state laws are enforced. Contact the park ranger listed on your reservation confirmation email if you have any questions about park rules, policies or special requests.
Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Linn County Conservation may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to county property.
Cancellations
Reservations are non-refundable. In order to better serve our customers in providing access to our facilities and a high quality experience we do not provide refunds for cancellations. Please call the Conservation Office at (319) 892-6450 to inform us of a cancellation. Facilities with canceled reservations will be reopened for reservation for the date of a cancellation.
Reservation Changes
To change the date of an existing reservation, the request must be made at least three months prior to the reservation date. The new reservation date must be with two years of the date of the change request. A date change can only be made by calling the Conservation Office at (319)
892-6450 and will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. A new reservation would need to be made to change anything other than the date or adding optional amenities (i.e. keg fee).

check written to Linn County Treasure with you to your reservation. If I fail to do so I may become ineligible to
utilize this facility. These will be shredded after your event if there are no issues

followed. You will be notified within 72 hours
if there are any issues.

Temporary freestanding directional signs are allowed and not to be attached to park furniture, signposts or other facilities. Wildlife
Wildlife in our county parks are protected under the law and should be treated with respect and observed at an appropriate distance. Anyone found harassing an animal will be asked to leave.
Special care should be taken with decorations like balloons so that they do not “escape” as this is a wildlife hazard; be sure to pick up your other small trash like straws, straw wrappers, can rings, etc., that could also pose a hazard to animals.
Beer and Wine
Only beer with an alcohol content of 5% or less by weight and wine with an alcohol content of
17% or less by weight may be consumed in county parks. You may not drink these beverages on roads or in parking areas. Music
Bands, disc jockeys and other amplified sources of sound are allowed. It is required that you work out the details for your amplified music in advance of your event with the park ranger. Ranger in advance of your event. These include, but are not limited, to the following: horses (or horse activities), erection of special tents, inflatable play equipment, hog roasts, or carnival-type activities. Please contact the Park Ranger for additional information.
