Discover Buryanek Wildlife Area in Westfield

This 155 acre wildlife area provides habitat to many species of song birds, upland game birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and insects. A creek and several small ponds are located on the property. Historically the property was farmed, with several areas set aside for habitat. The conservation board has begun to and will continue to help turn the farmed landscape into a prairie reconstruction area.
