Discover Grant Park in Auburn

This beautiful wooded 98 acre park is situated along the North Racoon River. The North Raccoon River winds along the eastern boundary of the park and provides excellent opportunities for fishing and viewing wildlife. The park has 3 separate camping areas.  Area 1 has 19 camping sites, 9 with full hookup-water, sewer and electric both 30 & 50 amp and 10 with water and electric. Area 2 & 3 are open to primitive camping only.
Campgrounds are first-come, first-served, NO RESERVATIONS.

There is a hard surface boat ramp to access the North Raccoon River, and a fishing rock riffle which provides chances for walleye, channel catfish and carp.  Bowhunting is allowed in Grant Park during the appropriate seasons and hunting with a firearm is allowed only after the camping area has been closed for the season (mid-October to April 30)
