The Rookery was built with family gatherings in mind. This cabin offers three (3) separate bedrooms, sleeping loft, two (2) full size bathrooms, kitchenette, living area, partial wrap around deck and patio.

Furnishings and Capacity
Main floor has an open kitchen/living area, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. The upper-level loft has 4 full size beds. Basement has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed the other has a bunkbed with full size mattresses. There is a sitting area in the basement along with a bathroom with tub, washer and dryer.

Kitchenette offers a stove top, select assortment of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Drinking glasses, plates and silverware are provided. Coffee pot, toaster, microwave and full-size refrigerator. There is a bar counter with stools for seating in the kitchen area. Propane gill located on deck for use along with picnic table.

Renter is responsible for: linens, pillows, toiletry, towels, additional cooking appliances/wares as needed, food and any other items that may be needed by renter.

Entrance passes are required upon entering the park and are available to purchase upon entering the park. Passes are $20 per vehicle for annual sticker (good for current calendar year). Additional vehicle stickers may be purchased at $10 per additional vehicle, for those within the same house hold and purchased same day. Day passes are $5 per vehicle per day.

Valid vehicle pass must be purchased for all vehicles. Purchase vehicle passes upon arrival at either entrance booth (open seasonally) or self registration kiosk upon entering park. 

Cabin rental contract must be under the name of someone 21 years or older and must be present throughout stay.

The Sioux CCB manages 24 parks, natural areas, water recreation accesses and rest areas across the county, encompassing some 2,653.3 acres.
