    Cancellation Policy

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Consider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.                                                        

    Should you choose to cancel a reservation with the Clayton County Conservation Board, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Please call the Clayton County Conservation Office 563.245.1516 to cancel your reservation.

    Please understand at the time of booking your reservation you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that campsite; therefore, they will go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.

    Name of person on the reservation will be the only person who can cancel a facility reservation. All cancellations of a reservation cannot be done online and must be made by calling 563.245.1516

    If a facility reservation is cancelled by Clayton County Conservation Board due to a natural disaster or if by some means the facility is unusable, a refund will be issued to the person that made the original reservation upon request to the Clayton County Conservation Board.

    Youth Group Rules

    Organized youth groups (Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, 4-H clubs) may use this area free of charge. Please call to reserve the classroom 563-245-1516

    Refund Policy

    REFUND POLICY
    Consider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.

    All reservations with the Clayton County Conservation Board and the $4 Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Clayton County Conservation Board is unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your reservation(s) a refund will be issued upon request. 

    This room is located in the basement of the Nature Center, holds 65 people and is handicap accessible. The room is 600 sq ft.  8 foot folding tables and folding chairs are available to use with this space.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 08:00 AM and check-out is before 04:00 PM.

    Fees

    Rental for a half day(4hrs or less) $20
    Rental for a full day (4+hrs) $40
    The basement is open to the public and there are no doors to close off the basement classroom.

    SUNDAYS ONLY OPEN 12-4  SO YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE 1/2 DAY RENTAL  FACILITY INSTEAD OF FULL DAY RENTAL.
