Cancellation Policy

SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF ALL RESERVATION FEES PAID. Please call the Des Moines County Conservation Board Office at (319) 753-8260 to cancel your reservation.

Refund Policy

All reservations with Des Moines County Conservation Board facilities are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Des Moines County Conservation Board is unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event, however, a full refund will be issued.

**Walk-up Site** 

This site is approximately a 20 x 37, back in gravel pad. 

  • This site is electric only. Fresh water and dump station available next to the shower house.

Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.

Location Big Hollow Recreation area is located at 18853 152nd Ave., Sperry, IA 52650. Google Map. At the stop sign, turn West into campground from 152nd Ave. Turn right at the Y at top of hill and take the turn South into the campground. Site 116 will be the fourth site on your right.
