Ackley Creek Park contains 20 sites with electrical and water hook-ups, pumping station, restroom/shower facility and playground in addition to two picnic shelters. Hiking trails venture through mature woods and along a small winding creek.

Rental Contract Agreement
• 2 night minimum stay, Holidays 3 night stay (Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day)
• The person responsible for the rental must be at least 21 years of age. Site must be registered under the name of the adult person who will occupy the site.
• One camping unit per site is allowed with an additional tent allowed for minor children.
• Vehicles must be parked in designated campsites, off of the grass and the road. Additional vehicles and visitors must park in designated parking areas. A maximum of two vehicles is allowed.
• Check out time: Before 10:30 p.m.
• Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights.
• Non-registered guests must leave by 10:30 p.m.
• Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Pets must be leashed. Tying pets to trees or vegetation is prohibited.
• All trash must be placed in the receptacle or taken with you.
• Campsites must be kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Fires are allowed in designated receptacles only.
• Temporary free-standing signs are allowed. Signs are not to be attached to furniture, sign posts, kiosks, or facilities.
• Shower use at campgrounds is limited to registered campers only. Washing pets, clothes or dishes in shower facilities is prohibited.
• All rules and regulations of the Floyd County Conservation Board are in effect. Failure to abide by rules may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all rental fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. All cancellations must be made by calling the Floyd County Conservation office at 641-756-3490.
Refund Policy
All reservations with Floyd County Conservation facilities are final. Reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur:
o Accident, serious injury, death in immediate family
o The National Weather Service has issued severe weather and/or travel conditions.
o We are unable to provide your facility in operable condition for the date of your event.
o Military deployment
All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Floyd County Conservation office at 641-756-3490.
