Sites may be reserved up to one-year in advance and must be made at least 5 days in advance of the date of reservation. For example, to make a Friday reservation, you must reserve the facility no later than Sunday of that week.
Additional campsites, electric/water hook-ups, are only available on a first come, first served basis.
We have a limited refund policy; however, if you need to change your reservation you have one opportunity to reschedule. Details regarding the advance notification requirement, change and cancellation fees can be found in the Facility Contract accepted at time of booking.

This campground connects to the Cedar River Greenbelt Trail that is frequently used for hiking and equestrian rides.
A new single track fat tire bike trail was constructed in 2019. The following links will give you information on those trail systems.

Byagreeing with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 yearsor older and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of yourcamping party. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts,negligence or omissions of the members of your camping party.

GETTINGINTO YOUR CAMPSITE
• Acamping unit is required. A camping unit is defined as a tent, trailer or motorvehicle specifically designed for such use as a temporary residence at a camparea.
•Set up your camping unit on the reserved site and post your camping receipt onthe provided site marker.

GENERALINFORMATION
•Violation of any state law or county regulation by any member of a campingparty is cause for revocation of the camping privilege and the entire campingparty may be required to leave the area.
•No camping party or camping unit of any kind shall occupy any camp area formore than 14 days out of any 21-day period.
PARKING
Itis unlawful to park any motor vehicle other than in a designated parking area.Vehicle(s) parked at a camp site where a camping pad is available must beparked on the camping pad not the roadway or turf.
PETS
•Pets must be kept on a leash at all times (leash not to exceed six feet).
•Pets shall not be left unattended outside the camping unit.
GARBAGE
Allgarbage and litter must be placed in proper receptacles.
BEER /WINE REQUIREMENTS
Kegbeer is prohibited in campgrounds.
VISITORS
Allvisitors must depart the area by park closing time.
We have a NoRefund policy; however, if you need to cancel yourreservation you have one opportunity to reschedule.Be sure to read the MCCB Refund Policy below for details.
SHOULDYOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF ALL RESERVATIONFEES PAID. Please call the Mitchell County Conservation Board Office at (641)732-5204 to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
•Allreservations with Mitchell County Conservation Board facilities are FINAL andNON-REFUNDABLE.
•If a reservation is cancelled by MCCB due to a natural disaster or if by somemeans the campsite is unusable, a full refund will be issued to the person thatmade the original reservation.•Refunds will be issued to person who paid for the reservation.
