The cabin is 26’ x 28’ wheelchair accessible with two bedrooms with full size beds with single bunk beds attached, ADA bathroom with tub & shower, kitchen/stove/oven/refrigerator/microwave, pans and large utensils, TV/DVD, heat/air conditioning, charcoal grill and fire ring, futon that converts to double bed, and sleeps up to 8. Please Bring Your Own: Sleeping bags/bedding/pillows, towels and extra blankets, table service, dish soap/dish towels/pot holders, flashlight, trash bags, charcoal, movies and extra lawn chairs.

The RT Reese Cabin is fully furnished with central heating and air. It is equipped with a ADA bathroom, modern kitchen and dining room table, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and a hide-a-bed couch for additional sleeping area. RT Reese cabin also has a fire ring furnished with wood, and a charcoal grill. RT Reese cabin is located near the Turin Preserve in the heart of the Loess Hills with easy access to hundreds of acres of public hunting, making it a great destination for hunters, hikers, and outdoor enthusiast.

The Monona County Conservation Board is located in west central Iowa along the Missouri River and is nestled in the center of the Loess Hills. The Monona CCB manages 17 individual parks, natural areas, preserves and water recreation accesses encompassing some 1,000 acres across the county. We're under an hour away from Sioux City, Iowa and a little over an hour from Omaha, Nebraska. Monona County has a lot of attractions including over 90 modern campsites in our county parks that includes 31 full hook-up sites! Monona County also manages 7 ponds and three river accesses to allow ample opportunity for water recreation and fishing. Blue Lake State Park is also located right outside of Onawa, and Preparation Canyon State Park near Moorhead to add to the great outdoor attractions in our county!
