You are reserving a Primitive Cabin from Ringgold County
Conservation Board (RCCB) at Liberty Lake. All County and State Laws are
enforced. Contact the Conservation Office at the above location, by phone or
email if you have questions concerning park rules, policies or special
requests. Park Staff have the authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind
any rental permits for cause.
RINGGOLD COUNTY CONSERVATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER
CABINS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, MAINTENANCE, NON-COMPLIANCE RENTAL ISSUES OR
SECURITY REASONS.
CABIN RESERVATION CONTRACT
By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you
represent that you are 18 years or older, (21 years of age if alcohol is
present) you will be present during your stay and you are authorized to make
the reservation on behalf of your camping party you have listed. You further
agree to assume full responsibility for your group members acts, negligence or
omissions while utilizing said facilities.
Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the
cancellation and refund policies concerning this reservation and have also read
and understand the facility contract rules information.
In case of an emergency, please call 911.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Should you decide to cancel your reservation, there are NO
REFUNDS. However, if you contact the Ringgold County Conservation Office 10
days or more prior to your reservation, you will be allowed to change the dates
of your reservation, no more than 1 time, within the same calendar year.
Refunds will be given if for any reason RCCB is unable to
provide you with a cabin with similar amenities, in operable condition for the
dates of your reservation.

Getting into the Cabin:
Please select and remember your 4
digit keycode when reserving your cabin. We recommend using something familiar
to you like an address or phone number.

your keycode on the digital keypad on the entrance door.

The
deadbolt will automatically unlock when the correct code is entered.
b.
The
deadbolt can be manually locked from the inside of the cabin

Be
sure to lock the cabin when you leave.

the padlock symbol at the top of the digital keypad to lock the door.

Check
to make sure the door is locked
c.
You
may be charged a damage fee if the cabin is left unlocked
Pets:
Bishop
Bramble Cabin Only: $25 per night fee
1.
Bishop
Bramble Cabin is pet friendly- persons with severe allergies should know that
pets are allowed in this cabin.
2.
The
pet fee must be paid for when making your reservation by checking the
appropriate box, There are no refunds.
3.
Failure
to pay the pet fee in advance will result in an increased fee of $40 per night,
that will be collected by park staff after you have arrived.
4.
Pets
must be kept on a leash not to exceed 6’ in length away from the cabin.
5.
Pets
must be kenneled or tethered with a tether not to exceed 15’ near the cabin.
6.
Pet
owners are responsible for all cleanup of pet waste in the park. Littering
fines may apply.
7.
Do
not leave pets unattended.
8.
Pet
owners are liable for any damage (inside cabin or outside) cause by their pet. This
includes damage to furniture, walls, appliances, doors, windows, plants, turf,
animals and any other park property.
Clean-up
You are required to clean up the cabin and grounds around it.
Returning everything to the same or better condition you arrived. A cleaning
list is posted inside of each cabin. Plan to have your cabin cleaned and all
parties departed, prior to check-out time of 11:00 am.
Paper towels, trash bags, broom and dustpan and cleaning
agents will be provided in each cabin to assist in clean-up duties.
Personal Items
RCCB is not responsible for the return of any belongings that
may be left behind or lost in the cabin or the park.
Visitors and Quiet Hours
All visitors must depart the park before 10:30 PM. Quiet
hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Music, television, radio, conversations,
generators, vehicles or any other noise must be kept to a minimum as to not
disturb others. Please respect other park users.
Theft
RCCB is not responsible for theft of personal items brought
into the park. Please keep your personal items secured at all times.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings
Fireworks
Fireworks are PROHIBITED on all county owned property.
Speed Limit
Speed limit in the parks is 10 MPH unless otherwise
posted.
Directional Signs and Decorations
Temporary, free standing directional signs are allowed in the
parks. No directional signs or decorations should be attached to park
structures. All signs and decorations must be removed upon check-out.
Cabins are not designed for day long events such as birthday
parties, family reunions, weddings or graduation parties. Please reserve a
shelter for these types of events.
Refuse
All refuse must be bagged and taken to the dumpsters provided.
DO NOT use fire rings as trash receptacles and DO NOT BURN TRASH.
Littering charges may apply for any improper disposal of trash.
Alcohol
No keg beer is allowed in the parks.
Tents and Campers
Sleeping tents and/ or campers are not allowed around the
cabins. Screen tents for picnicking are allowed at no charge.
Pests
RCCB takes precautions to prevent infestations by insects and
other pests. RCCB is not responsible for damages, infestations or infections
caused by insects or other pests that may be found in the parks. This may
include ticks, chiggers, wasps, hornets, bees, bed bugs, spiders, mosquitoes,
mice, termites, and others.
Legal Action
Failure to cleanup the facility or surrounding area as
outlined and failure to comply with park rules or state laws will result in
verbal warnings, citations and possible removal from park grounds by park
staff. Furthermore, Ringgold County Conservation Board may take legal action
necessary to recover any and all damages to county property.
